Innan bokning

Är ni osäker på vilken nivå som passar för ert barn kan ni läsa här för att se vilken nivå som passar.

Anmälan

Ni som redan är medlemmar klickar bara på anmälan och fyller i angivna fält.

För er som inte är medlemmar behöver ni först ansöka om medlemskap i föreningen för varje barn som vill delta.

Kommer ni inte vidare i bokningsprocessen beror det troligen att ni inte är inloggad med ert barns inloggning utan att ni, som vuxen, är för gammal för gruppen. Se till att logga in med barnets personnummer istället.

Bekräftelse på anmälan

Ni kommer att få ett mail med bekräftelse på er bokning och betalning. Kontrollera gärna skräpposten om ni inte hittar något.

Avbokningsregler - simskola

Vid avbokning före kursstart återfås 100% av avgiften

Vid avbokning efter första tillfället återfås 50% av avgiften

Vid avbokning efter andra tillfället  återfås 0% av avgiften

All avbokning sker via mail.

Fullbokad grupp

Om en grupp är fullbokad finns möjlighet att ställa sig i kö. Om någon då hoppar erbjuds personen som står först i kö att få den platsen.

Vid köbokning hamnar man per automatik i betalläge e-faktura, detta för att inte behöva betala för en plats som kanske inte får utnyttjas.

Inställd simskola

Om något/några tillfällen blir inställda beroende på att kommunen stänger simhallen eller enskilda pooler kan vi inte garantera att tillfället ersätts. Ingen ersättning för missade tillfällen kommer då att utgå.

Before Booking

Registration

If you are already a member, simply click on "Register" and fill in the required fields.

For those who are not members, you will first need to apply for membership in the association for each child who wishes to participate.

If you cannot proceed with the booking process, it is likely because you are not logged in with your child's account, and as an adult, you are too old for the group. Make sure to log in using your child's personal number instead.

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive an email confirming your booking and payment. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Cancellation Policy - Swimming School

• If you cancel before the course starts, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
• If you cancel after the first session, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• If you cancel after the second session, 0% of the fee will be refunded.

All cancellations must be made via email.

Fully Booked Group

If a group is fully booked, there is an option to join the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, the first person on the waiting list will be offered the spot.

When booking a spot on the waiting list, you will automatically be placed in e-invoice payment mode to avoid paying for a spot that may not be available.

Cancelled Swimming Lessons

If any sessions are canceled due to the municipality closing the swimming hall or a specific pools, we cannot guarantee that the session will be rescheduled. No compensation will be provided for missed sessions in such cases.
